Walker welcomes Jason Hamilton as the new General Manager for Walker Construction Limited – Grey Bruce. Jason brings years of experience to Walker in heavy civil construction, road building, and servicing across Ontario and British Columbia. This knowledge will be a great asset to Walker’s Construction division in supporting the team’s growth in Southwestern Ontario while continuing to prioritize health and safety and the company’s community initiatives.

The company’s Grey Bruce operations continue to support the communities in which employees live and work – offering each employee two fully paid volunteer days to contribute to community organizations in need. The Grey Bruce team is proud to partner with incredible organizations, such as Habitat for Humanity, Owen Sound’s annual Salmon Spectacular, Safe N’ Sound facility, and many more.

Walker Construction Limited (formerly NorJohn Construction, Harold Sutherland Construction and Cedarwell Excavating) has been operating across Ontario for over 50 years, providing various services, including roadbuilding, site servicing, asphalt paving road surface treatment, and much more. With the recent purchase of Cedarwell Excavating in 2023, Walker Construction’s operations include three offices across Ontario (Niagara Falls, Kemble, and Hanover).
