AWARD-WINNING FACILITIES USING N-VIRO® TECHNOLOGY
With facilities in Alberta, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and Ontario, we process over 100,000 tonnes of biosolids annually through our patented N-Viro® process. This process blends alkaline admixtures such as lime with dewatered biosolids and other organic wastes to produce a CFIA certified, sustainable agricultural fertilizer.

Employing Aerobic Composting Technologies To Process Compost
Walker’s Thorold composting facility utilizes a combination of open-windrow composting and the GORE® Composting System to process and manage materials in accordance with composting regulations and guidelines. This Niagara location along with sites in Arthur, Ontario and Caledon, Ontario accept a range of organic compost materials and leaf and yard waste from residents, municipalities and industrial, commercial and institutional partners.

Grinding Solid Food Waste To Free Up Valuable Retail Space
Our Organic Resource Recovery System is a built-in system for grocery stores that grinds solid food waste into slurry, reducing waste volume by up to 80%. The waste slurry is discharged into a holding tank outside of the store and held until it is collected by a vacuum truck. The system reduces the volume of waste while minimizing the space required to treat organics.
